LOCATION: Situated in the middle of the lake, we're just a few minutes from West Milford, Greenwood Lake Village, and 15 minutes to downtown Warwick where you'll find the BEST wineries, cideries, breweries, restaurants, and local boutiques (Amongst many incredible seasonal activities!). There is truly a MAGIC to this home. As soon as you enter the neighborhood and step up onto the deck, you can literally FEEL your shoulders starting to soften. Turn on the fire pit and the bistro lights up on the deck, and truly, all of the world's worries will melt away. We absolutely adore sharing this space with others looking for a peaceful, fun, and relaxing getaway with their family or friends (we think it’s the perfect place for a family with kids, or a friend getaway for the weekend!) The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. So, you and your guests have the option of sharing a bed on the bottom or splitting one person sleeping on the top bunk & one on the bottom.

Neighborhood
Lake views, lake views, lake views!! As soon as you enter our neighborhood of Forest Park, you'll feel all your stresses melt away. Our home is located towards the end of a dead end road in a sleepy little neighborhood nestled right across from the lake, surrounded by trees and nature. We're just a few minutes drive away from Greenwood Lake Village or West Milford, as the house is located almost exactly halfway up the lake. Bars, restaurants, paddleboard and kayak rentals, the Marina, and our favorite Ice Cream shack are all just minutes away. Also a short drive away is Warwick, NY (between 15-20 minutes depending on your destination!) where you'll find approximately 30 breweries, wineries, cideries, apple orchards, farms, and hiking trails awaiting you! You're guaranteed to have an amazing time at Cozy Shores Lake House. Cove Castle restaurant and the marina are both walkable (or kayak-able) from the house about 8 minutes away if you want to venture out on foot or boat!
Guest Access
FULL HOUSE & PROPERTY TO YOURSELF - You will have full access to 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, the kitchen, dining, and living area of the home. Outdoors you will have full access to the deck, yard, and driveway for 6 cars during your stay. You will not have access to the shed off the driveway or the laundry which is located in the basement storage area. However, should you absolutely require laundry during your stay, please reach out to us and we'll try our best to accommodate!

We have a U shaped driveway with 2 entrances and room for about 6 cars. The first entrance is right before the beach, the second is directly across from the beach. The roads in the neighborhood are windy and narrow, so please drive slow, and please make sure all cars are parked in the driveway and not in the street or in the gravel parking spot on the road - this is our neighbor's property, not ours! The house is located on the second story (ground level is just basement storage) and there are about 15 stairs between the driveway and the front door entrance.
